Copper Peptides

Copper peptides can be topically applied to the scalp. They shorten the resting phase of hairs, resulting in more hair follicles on the scalp being in the growing phase as opposed to the resting or falling out phase.

There is a US Patent on copper peptides and hair loss^{[ 1 ]}. It states that copper peptides have superoxide dismutation activity, which results in a reduction of free-radicals and an increase in nitric oxide.
